For nearly three years, Gerri Maffeo has been a cherished member of The Papousek Team, bringing her boundless creativity and passion to every home she stages. In her two years exclusively staging for PPRE, she has transformed countless properties, crafting spaces that not only look beautiful but feel inviting, helping potential buyers imagine a life there. Gerri thrives on the art of staging, from the first spark of an idea to the final details, and delights in meeting new clients along the way. Before her time in staging, Gerri spent over 20 years in the fitness industry, where she mastered the art of client relations and learned how to create welcoming, comfortable environments. She also holds a business degree from Humber College and is a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

Gerri’s warmth, patience, and generosity make her an invaluable team member. Known for making others feel safe and valued, she easily connects with clients and colleagues alike. Inspired by her mentor and friend Kathryn Stewart, Gerri has developed a keen eye for luxury staging, allowing her to bring elegance and sophistication to every project she undertakes. Gerri’s work is guided by values deeply important to her, such as women’s rights, safety, and supporting those in need. Described as kind, gentle, and caring, she finds joy in exercise, keeping up with the latest design trends, and always strives to be the best version of herself.
