Nisaanth has been working as an administrative assistant with The Papousek Team since 2017. He is currently working towards becoming a realtor himself and is grateful for the support and encouragement he consistently receives from everyone on the team.
Grateful by nature, Nisaanth truly values the opportunities he has to learn on the job and continues to grow his real estate knowledge. Nisaanth wants to be remembered for his conversational skills, compassion for people, and willingness to help. His honesty and determination make him a perfect addition to The Papousek Team.
No task is impossible for Nisaanth. He will always make an effort to find a solution. Nisaanth’s desire to make things work comes from the influence of both his father and grandfather. Wanting to escape the war in Sri Lanka, his grandfather and father immigrated to Canada to give Nisaanth and his family a better life. For this, he is eternally grateful. Hearing Peter’s story of immigrating to Canada reassured him that working for The Papousek Team was the right move.
Nisaanth is a decent cook and self-proclaimed grill master. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. He also enjoys spending time self-reflecting and improving himself. Nisaanth has made it a point to read more to help develop his current skills and learn new ones. Two books on his most recent reading list are ” 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and “The Richest Man In Babylon”. One goal Nisaanth has for the next year is to complete his real estate courses and purchase his first investment property.
Some meaningful causes for Nisaanth are The Brian Injury Association of Durham Region and the SickKids Foundation. His motto is that hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.
