Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Peter fled his native land in search of a better life and found himself in Brantford, Ontario with just a few dollars in his pocket.
As a new immigrant with nothing but ambition and an incredible work ethic in his tool kit, Peter worked day and night for many years to be able to afford his real estate license.

Once he was licensed he became unstoppable. Since then, Peter and his team have earned the most prestigious awards within Remax including the sought after Luminary of Distinction, Remax hall of Fame, The Circle of Legends and The Diamond Club Award, year after year.

Peter, who has dedicated over 30 years to his real estate profession has never been shy to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. “ I told myself a long time ago, failure is not an option so we will do whatever it takes and I still say this in our team meetings, only the goal is different now.”

Today Peter and his team are highly esteemed Luxury Experts in South Mississauga and are known for their customer focus and achieving the highest results for their clients. Ultimately, Peter’s greatest desire is for everyone to be happy — whether that’s his team, his clients or his family and friends. Is there a favourite sale you have had in your career?

Back in 1989, when I was very new to the business. I used to cold call all day. One day I spoke to a lady who told me to F*&^ off and hung up on me. My English wasn’t great at the time and I didn’t understand what she meant. I recounted my experience to Kathryn and she explained what it meant.

I called the woman back and told her that my name is Peter Papousek and to call me when she has any real estate needs. I’m not sure what impressed her, my persistence or that I had the courage to call her back after what she said — she listed her condo with me within three months of this call and  I went on to list and sell many other properties in that building.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to break records. I came to Canada with nothing and this profession has given me the opportunity to have so much. I like to continuously challenge myself, push my limits and see what else I can achieve with my team.

A designer by training, Kathryn has designed it all — from custom homes to high end jewellery, there isn’t much her keen eye for detail and depth can’t handle. This has been a great asset in her real estate career and led her to explore the world of marketing. Kathryn’s excellent marketing skills allowed the business to package and promote their luxury listings for maximum exposure and results.

Kathryn is a multi faceted business leader with her experience as a designer, a real estate professional and a copywriter. She’s honest to a fault and not afraid to make difficult decisions. Her work ethic and dedication to doing the right thing is what keeps PPRE’s standards at a high level.

What is the most memorable item you have designed?

I designed my wedding ring so that’s very special to me. I designed the home we live in as well as some of the pieces of furniture in our home so there are a lot of memories and meaning in all of that.

What drew you to real estate?

I wanted to work with people. I found a lot of satisfaction is finding the perfect home for my clients and fell in love with real estate after just a few transactions. It also allowed me to incorporate my love for design into my daily work so its been a rewarding career.

A Ryerson University graduate, Peter Philip had to earn his position on the Papousek Team just like the other agents. His Bachelor of Commerce served as a strong launchpad as he began his

career with Canada’s largest Telecommunications company and managed several high level projects. After 5 years of doing this successfully, Peter once again applied for a position on the PPRE team and this time his application was accepted.

A South Mississauga native through and through, Peter Philip has unparalleled knowledge of the neighbourhoods and the properties. His market expertise and intel has made him a highly sought after agent on the team. What’s you favourite building in the South Mississauga  area?

It would have to be this very beautiful property on Doulton which also happens to be my favourite street.

Who is your dream client?

Warren Buffet, I feel I could learn a lot by working with him.

What is your favourite restaurant? 

It would have to be Bar Isabel. It’s chic and has a great atmosphere and reminds me of my favourite city, Barcelona.

A University of Guelph graduate of Bachelor Of Commerce specializing in Honours Accounting, numbers have always fascinated Shaham. This love of numbers and accounting has allowed Shaham to negotiate some incredible deals for his clients. Past clients commend him for his professionalism, attentiveness, and down-to-earth sincerity.

Who is your role model?

I have always admired my grandfather because of the way he treated others, his integrity and for his outlook on life.

What brought you to Real Estate?

Growing up, I wanted to be an NBA player and I thought it was totally possible. When that didn’t happen I decided to pursue my passion for helping others and being an entrepreneur.

When Angela is not buying or selling real estate, she can be found at the gym, or out walking her dogs in the community. She also loves her time at her beautiful cottage on Gloucester pool.

Angela has been a long time resident of both South Etobicoke and Mineola, and now lives in the lakeside community of South Lakeview with her family.

What brought you to Real Estate?

I built a career is sales that started at GE where I had reached the top 1% and after 14 years there, I decided that it was time for a change. Real estate had always appealed to me, so it was a natural transition.

Who is your dream client?

My dream client would be Bob Proctor. I have been  following his teachings for several years now and after meeting him in person a year ago, I was so inspired by his energy and enthusiasm for his life’s work helping others.

Running operations for the Papousek team means she oversees a number of processes to keep everyone on track and make sure clients receive the best service. “I feel good about being the support for all the agents and clients. What I love the most is being a part of a successful team that holds a high level of integrity”.

Jaimie launched her management career at Canada’s iconic coffee chain Tim Hortons where she spent over 12 years gaining a solid understanding on how to effectively leverage and interact with various teams throughout the organization. She is also licensed in Real Estate which allows her to provide a seamless experience to both her team and their clients.

When she’s not at the office, Jaimie enjoys spending time with close friends and family or working out.

How do you think your colleagues would describe you? 

Reliable, smart, the objective voice of reason.

What would be your personal motto?

Be Cool – Everything will work out. I learned this from my dad. We are here for a good time, not a long time.

“I am a very social person, I love people and nothing makes me happier than seeing cleints find their dream home, or sell their home for the best price possible.” It’s no wonder then that real estate is proving to be a great fit for Jennifer.

When she isn’t working on a deal, she can be found hiking with her husband and two children or travelling to her favourite destinations.

Who is your role model?

I truly admire my mother. She has always led by example and is my biggest supporter. I admire her kindness, patience and that she has always been there for our family.

What makes you a strong real estate agent?

I’m ambitious, strong and loyal. My dedication to every client, no matter the price of the project creates strong results and outcomes for my clients.

Jessica strives to make sure all her clients are truly satisfied by making their buying and selling experience as stress-free as possible. “My goal is to help clients define what the perfect home is for them, and then get them into it, knowing that they have made the best decision possible”.

A graduate from Niagra College in Management and Marketing, Jessica worked as a trained French chef, before she ventured into Real Estate,
What she learned along the way is that working hard, with honesty and integrity are at the core of her being and this is the mindset she brings into every transaction in real estate.

When she isn’t spending time with her buyers and sellers, she can be found enjoying time with her son and family at the cottage.

Who is someone who admire and why?
My grandmother, after years of living with my grandfather, she recently had to put him in a home. Every day she goes to visit him and she sits with him all day, so he is not alone. That is true love!

Since joining the team in 2019, Alyson has been responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, media outreach, event planning, and more. Alyson is open-minded, creative and passionate about what she does.

A McMaster University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and post graduate in Public Relations and Communications of Sheridan College, her passion for creativity combined with her background for Marketing allows her to wear several hats in her role.

Outside the office, Alyson can be found spending time with her rescue dog Molly or sewing pillowcases (her secret talent). She also is an avid reader of the Globe and Mail and Slat magazine.

What would be your personal motto?

Don’t sweat the small stuff

I wanted to be a vet as I loved animals or I’d be a firefighter.
